Each and every dish is handmade with the freshest regionally sourced ingredients available. Many of the fruits and vegetables, as well as the honey, are sourced from our very own gardens and beehives on property!

Unlike many other hotel conference venues, Wingspread does not have a set dining outlet, nor do we serve the general public. This means your attendees can dine with purpose and without distraction. Whether you'd like a momentous dinner inside the stunning Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Wingspread cooridors or perhaps a light, yet energy-boosting lunch on the patio or the guest house, our team is completely flexible and able to perfectly tailor and time the culinary aspects of your event.
