The world-class culinary experience here is led by renowned Executive Chef, Dave Diedrich. Chef Dave and his team take great pride in crafting a wide range of innovative and delicious menus customized to give you the ultimate foodie experience.  

Our menus are hand-crafted with the freshest regionally sourced ingredients available. Many of the fruits and vegetables, as well as the honey, are cultivated in our very own gardens and beehives on property.

We are your personal culinary team while you are with us. This means your attendees can dine without distraction.
