About Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center

Tucked within a private campus in Racine, WI is the Midwest's premier meeting center, Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center. Wingspread Retreat opened it's doors in 2018 to organizations and businesses wanting a serene, private setting for corporate meetings, executive retreats, leadership trainings or wellness focused offsites. The campus encompasses 3 unique buildings with 40 modern guest rooms and 15,000 sq.ft of flexible meeting space. Our iconic property resides on the beautfiul Wind Point Peninsula along Lake Michigan only 30 minutes from Milwaukee's Mitchell Airport (MKE) and 75 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (ORD).
